기획 및 디자인 협의
구상하시는 아이디어나 컨셉 및 참고 자료가 있으시면 그 내용을 토대로
사이즈와 형태를 협의하고 구체화시켜 디자인 및 3D 작업을 합니다.
(원하시는 사이즈의 대략적인 치수는 필수적으로 알려주셔야 합니다. [ex)10mm, 20mm 두께 2mm등등])
또한 간단한 스케치나 디자인으로도 가능하며 기존에 가지고 계신 샘플이나 원본이 있으시다면
샘플에서 보완하거나 변형하여 새로운 아이템 개발이 가능합니다.
제작기간
샘플 제작은 3D 도면부터 원본 제작, 샘플까지 약 2~3주 정도 소요됩니다. (샘플 제작 난이도에 따라 기간 상이)
925실버 제품 생산은 납품까지 샘플 확인 완료 후 약 2~3주 정도 소요됩니다.(한 품목 당 30~1000개 생산 기준, 제작 난이도에 따라 기간은 달라질 수 있습니다.)
원석 제품은 원석 생산 기간만 약 2~3주이며 제품 생산기간까지 더해서 총 3~5주 정도 소요됩니다. (실버장식으로 마감하는 비드목걸이 생산가능)
진주는 원하시는 형태(라운드, 물방울 등등)와 유형(담수진주, 핵진주, 스와브로스키 진주)에 따라 진주캡, 침, 장식 및 진주 조립 방식 생산이 가능합니다.
*샘플이나 원본, 일러스트 파일, 3D 도면을 가지고 계신 경우 기간을 조금 더 단축시킬 수 있습니다.
*급한 제작일 경우 미리 말씀해 주시면 스케줄 확인 후 납기일을 최대한 맞춰드립니다.
*샘플 수정 시 약 2~3주 같은 기간이 더 소요되므로 스케줄 참고하시어 여유 있는 시간 확보 부탁드립니다.
*각 나라별 연휴에 따라 통관 및 물류 일정이 늦어질 수 있으므로 일정 공지 확인 후 여유 있는 발주 부탁드립니다! (연휴 기간 최소 한 달 전 개별 카톡 공지)
단가 견적 및 최소 제작 수량안내
샘플 진행 전(아이디어나 디자인, 캐드) 단계에서는 크기나 중량, 은시세, 작업 난이도에 따라 단가가 상이하므로 샘플 완료 후 단가 전달드리고 있습니다.
샘플 확인 완료 후 수정사항이 없을 시 샘플 단가를 보내드리며 생산 제작에 들어갈 최소 제작 수량은 품목별 30개, 귀걸이 30조(쌍), 반지는 호수별 30개씩부터 가능하며 최종 수량 협의 후 본 생산 제작에 들어갑니다.
그리고 천연석 원석은 크기, 캐럿과 컷(형태)에 따라 최소 제작 수량 50pcs 또는 100pcs 단위부터 가능합니다.

저희는 925 스털링 실버 소재만을 취급하는 캐스팅(주물 생산방식) 업체입니다. 925실버 이외의 기타 금속 써지컬 스틸 및 주석, 아연 제작 생산에 대한 문의는 도움드릴 수 없는 점 양해 부탁드립니다!
제작시 주의사항
제작 의뢰 시 샘플을 통해 확인 완료된 샘플의 품질이 본 생산 제품의 품질 기준이 됩니다.
본 생산 진행이 들어간 경우 디자인 변경이 불가하오니 샘플 단계에서 최종 확인 완료 부탁드립니다.
본 생산 제품 납품 후 생기는 하자 문제에 대해서는 저희 쪽으로 보내주시면 A/S를 해드립니다(A/S 기간은 1~2주 정도 소요됩니다.)
주물 제조 특성상 작업 과정 중에 생긴 불량으로 로스가 생겨 주문하신 수량보다 부족할 수 있습니다.
부족한 수량은 원하실 경우 추가로 작업해드릴 수 있습니다.
주물 후 연마나 광작업을 통한 1~3%정도의 사이즈나 중량 오차가 있을 수 있습니다. 오차 범위를 최소한으로 나오기 위해 노력하지만 이는 불량으로 처리되지는 않습니다.
실버제품 관리&보관 팁!
925 실버 주얼리의 소재 특성상 땀이나 수분, 화장품, 공기 중에 노출 시 변색이 발생할 수 있으므로
폴리백 개별 보관과 함께 가능한 새 제품은 맨손으로 제품을 만지시는 것을 주의해 주시면 좋습니다! (제품 패킹 시 라텍스 장갑 착용 권유)
그리고 간단한 팁으로는 초기 변색 시 TOWN TALK 광천으로 닦아주시고 폴리백 개별 보관해 주시면 광택 유지에 도움이 됩니다!
또한 심하게 변색된 제품은 저희 쪽으로 보내주시면 다시 처리해서 보내드립니다.(변색 A/S 기간은 1~2주 정도 소요됩니다.)

Planning & Design Consultation
If you have a specific concept, reference material, or a rough idea in mind, we can help bring it to life. We'll work closely with you to finalize the size and shape, followed by design and 3D modeling.
Please provide approximate dimensions of the piece you envision (e.g., 10mm, 20mm, thickness 2mm, etc.)
We also welcome simple sketches or reference images. If you have a physical sample or original design, we can revise or transform it to create a new item.
Production Timeline
Sample Production (3D drawing → mold making → sample):
Estimated 2–3 weeks depending on design complexity.
925 Silver Mass Production:
Starts after final sample approval. Production takes approx. 2–3 weeks for 30–1000 units per item. Lead time may vary depending on complexity.
Natural Stone Products:
Raw stone processing takes 2–3 weeks. Full production may take 3–5 weeks total, including finishing (e.g., silver clasps, bead necklaces, etc.)
Pearls:
Available in various shapes (round, teardrop, etc.) and types (freshwater, shell-core, Swarovski). Custom assembly options available, including caps, posts, and settings.
If you already have a sample, illustration, or 3D file, we may be able to shorten the lead time.
For urgent orders, please let us know in advance so we can confirm and accommodate your timeline.
Sample modifications may take an additional 2–3 weeks. Please schedule accordingly.
Shipping and customs may be delayed due to holidays in different countries. We recommend placing orders at least 1 month before major holidays.
Pricing & Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
Pricing for samples (at design/concept/CAD stage) is determined after production, depending on size, weight, silver price, and production difficulty.
After final sample approval, we will provide the unit cost.
Minimum Order Quantities: General items: 30 pieces per item
Earrings: 30 pairs
Rings: 30 pieces per ring size
Natural stones: MOQ varies by size, cut, and carat – typically 50 or 100 pcs minimum
Materials & Important Notes
We are a casting manufacturer specializing exclusively in 925 sterling silver.
Please note that we do not work with surgical steel, pewter, or zinc alloys.
Important Production Guidelines
Once a sample is finalized and approved, mass production will strictly follow that quality standard.
No design changes can be made after mass production begins.
Any post-production issues will be resolved through A/S (after-service). A/S may take 1–2 weeks.
Due to the nature of casting, minor losses or discrepancies may occur.
If there are quantity shortages, we can arrange additional production if requested.
Please allow for a 1–3% variation in size or weight due to polishing and finishing. This is not considered a defect.
Silver Care & Storage Tips
925 silver naturally tarnishes when exposed to sweat, moisture, cosmetics, or air.
To maintain shine and prevent discoloration:
Always store items individually in poly bags.
Handle new products with gloves when packing (latex gloves recommended).
For light tarnishing, wipe with a Town Talk polishing cloth.
For heavy tarnishing, feel free to return the items for professional cleaning (1–2 weeks A/S period).
