기획 및 디자인 협의
구상하시는 아이디어, 컨셉 또는 참고 자료를 기반으로 사이즈·형태를 협의한 후 디자인 및 3D 작업을 진행합니다.
완성 치수는 제작 과정 특성상 약 ±1~5mm 범위 내 조정될 수 있으며, 두께·비율 등은 제작 기준에 따라 결정됩니다.
(원하시는 사이즈의 대략적인 치수는 필수적으로 알려주셔야 합니다. [ex)10mm, 20mm 두께 2mm등등])
기존 샘플 또는 원본이 있는 경우, 해당 샘플을 기준으로 보완·변형한 신규 아이템 개발이 가능합니다.
제작기간
샘플 제작은 3D 도면 작업부터 원본 샘플 완성까지 약 2~3주 소요됩니다. (샘플 난이도에 따라 기간은 달라질 수 있습니다.)
제품 본 생산은 샘플 확인 완료 후 약 2~3주 소요됩니다. (품목당 30~1000개 생산 기준이며, 제작 난이도에 따라 기간이 달라질 수 있습니다.)
원석 제품은 원석 생산 기간 약 2~3주가 추가되며,전체 제작 기간은 약 3~5주 소요됩니다.(실버장식으로 마감하는 비드목걸이 생산가능)
진주 제품은 형태(라운드, 물방울, 바로크 등) 및 유형(담수진주, 핵진주, 스와브로스키 진주 등)에 따라 진주캡, 침·장식 및 조립 방식으로 제작됩니다.
*샘플, 원본, 일러스트 파일 또는 3D 도면을 보유한 경우 제작 기간은 일부 단축될 수 있으나, 이는 제작 일정에 따라 결정됩니다.
*제작 일정이 촉박한 경우 사전 협의가 필요하며, 일정 단축 가능 여부는 당사 일정에 따라 판단됩니다.
*샘플 수정 시 약 2~3주 같은 기간이 더 소요되므로 스케줄 참고하시어 여유 있는 시간 확보 부탁드립니다.
*국가별 연휴 및 현지 일정에 따라 통관 및 물류 일정이 지연될 수 있으며, 해당 기간은 사전 공지를 기준으로 적용됩니다.
단가 견적 및 최소 제작 수량안내
샘플 진행 전(아이디어·디자인·캐드 단계)에는 크기, 중량, 은 시세, 작업 난이도에 따라 단가 산정이 달라지므로 샘플 완료 후 단가 안내가 진행됩니다.
디자인 또는 캐드 수정 요청이 있을 경우 샘플 완료 이후 단가가 재산정될 수 있습니다.
샘플 확인 완료 후 수정 사항이 없을 경우에 한해 본 생산이 진행되며, 최소 제작 수량은 아래 기준이 적용됩니다.

소재 안내 및 제작 전 필독 사항!!
당사는 신주 및 925 스털링 실버 소재를 기준으로 한 캐스팅(주물) 방식의 주문 제작 생산을 진행하고 있습니다.
상기 소재 및 제작 방식 외의 기타 금속 소재 또는 별도 생산 방식에 대한 제작은 진행하지 않습니다.
제작 가능 여부는 당사 기준에 따라 결정되며, 기준 외 요청에 대해서는 별도 안내 없이 진행이 제한될 수 있습니다.
제작시 주의사항
제작 의뢰 시 샘플을 통해 최종 확인이 완료된 사항은 본 생산 제품의 품질 및 제작 기준으로 적용됩니다.
본 생산이 시작된 이후에는 디자인, 사이즈, 사양 변경이 불가합니다. 따라서 샘플 단계에서 최종 확인 후 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.
본 생산 제품의 품질 관련 A/S는 해당 제품을 당사로 발송해 주셔야 하며, 접수 확인 후 A/S가 진행됩니다. (A/S 소요 기간: 약 1~2주)
주물 제조 특성상 제작 공정 중 발생하는 사유로 실제 납품 수량이 주문 수량 대비 일부 부족할 수 있습니다. 부족 수량에 대해서는 원하실 경우 추가 제작이 가능합니다.
주물 및 연마 등 제작 공정 특성상 약 1~3% 이내의 사이즈 또는 중량 오차가 발생할 수 있으며, 해당 범위는 불량으로 처리되지 않습니다.
실버제품 관리&보관 팁!
925 실버 주얼리는 소재 특성상 수분, 화장품, 향수, 공기 중 황 성분 등에 노출될 경우 변색이 발생할 수 있으며, 이는 제품 불량에 해당하지 않습니다.
장기간 보관 시에는 개별 포장을 권장하며, 착용 후에는 마른 천으로 닦은 후 보관해 주시기 바랍니다.
초기 변색의 경우, 실버 전용 클리너 또는 폴리싱 천을 사용하시면 광택 유지에 도움이 됩니다.
사용 및 보관 환경으로 인한 변색은 교환·환불 대상이 아니며,변색 A/S가 필요한 경우 별도 접수 후 처리됩니다. (변색 A/S 소요 기간: 약 1~2주)
A/S 안내
A/S가 필요한 제품은 당사로 발송해 주셔야 하며, 접수 확인 후 A/S가 진행됩니다. (소요 기간: 약 1~2주)

Planning & Design Consultation
Based on your proposed ideas, concepts, or reference materials, we will discuss the size and form before proceeding with the design and 3D modeling stage.
Due to the nature of the production process, final dimensions may vary within a range of approximately ±1–5 mm, and factors such as thickness and proportions will be determined according to production standards.
(You must provide approximate desired dimensions in advance. e.g., 10mm, 20mm, thickness 2mm, etc.)
If you have an existing sample or original item, new product development is possible by refining or modifying the sample as a reference.
Production Timeline
Sample production: Approximately 2–3 weeks, from 3D drawing to completion of the master sample.
(Timeline may vary depending on sample complexity.)
Mass production: Approximately 2–3 weeks after final sample approval.
(Based on production quantities of 30–1,000 units per item; timeline may vary depending on difficulty.)
Gemstone products: An additional 2–3 weeks may be required for gemstone preparation.
Total production time is approximately 3–5 weeks.
(Beaded necklaces finished with silver components are available.)
Pearl products: Production varies depending on shape (round, drop, baroque, etc.) and type (freshwater pearl, shell pearl, Swarovski pearl, etc.), and is produced using pearl caps, posts, decorative components, and assembly methods.
* If samples, originals, illustration files, or 3D drawings are provided, production time may be shortened depending on the schedule.
* If the timeline is urgent, prior consultation is required. Feasibility of expedited production depends on our schedule.
* Sample revisions require an additional 2–3 weeks, so please plan accordingly.
* Customs clearance and logistics may be delayed due to national holidays or local schedules. Such delays follow prior notices.
Unit Pricing & Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)
Before sample completion (idea, design, CAD stage), unit pricing cannot be finalized as it depends on size, weight, silver market price, and production difficulty. Pricing will be provided after the sample is completed.
If design or CAD revisions are requested, pricing may be recalculated after sample completion.
Mass production proceeds only after final sample approval with no further revisions.

Material & Production Notice (Please Read Before Production)
We produce custom-made items using a casting (lost-wax) method, based exclusively on brass and 925 sterling silver materials.
Production using materials or manufacturing methods other than those specified above is not supported.
Production feasibility is determined according to our internal standards.
Requests that fall outside these standards may be restricted or declined without prior notice.
Important Production Notes
Specifications finalized through the approved sample will be applied as the quality and production standard for mass production.
Once mass production begins, design, size, or specification changes are not permitted.
Please ensure final confirmation is completed at the sample stage.
For quality-related A/S, the product must be sent to us. A/S will proceed after receipt confirmation.
(A/S turnaround time: approximately 1–2 weeks)
Due to the nature of casting production, actual delivered quantities may be slightly less than the ordered quantity.
Additional production is available upon request for any shortage.
Because of casting and polishing processes, a size or weight tolerance of approximately 1–3% may occur.
This range is not considered a defect.
Silver Product Care & Storage Tips
Due to material characteristics, 925 sterling silver jewelry may tarnish when exposed to moisture, cosmetics, perfume, or sulfur in the air. This is not considered a product defect.
For long-term storage, individual packaging is recommended. After wearing, wipe with a dry cloth before storing.
For early-stage tarnish, using a silver cleaner or polishing cloth will help maintain shine.
Tarnishing caused by usage or storage conditions is not eligible for exchange or refund.
If tarnish-related A/S is required, it will be processed after separate submission.

A/S Policy
Products requiring A/S must be sent to us. Service will begin after receipt confirmation.
